You have to sign an oath for the assets you declare
If you are then caught out lying under oath
They will throw the book at you

you could withdraw the money from the bank and then walk into a paddy office and say"i would like to deposit this 25 grand into my betfair account"then tell the ex girlfriend, that you had a wild day gambling and you lost all the mula out of the joint account at the greyhound track"Shocked
