First caught my attention when he did the theme tune music for "Big Little Lies" - had never heard of him before but theme tune was sublime - played it a few times and then forgot about him until he popped up again on a sky arts programme dealing with "pain" in rock "n" roll
Maybe i'm going soft in me old age but I just luv his voice and lyrics - anyone else ?? - heres the links

He's brilliant. Seeing him in October. First album is good but the 2nd album is superb. Just about the best British album of the last couple of years.
