Don't worry. They solved that one. It's now a pony a month (though I believe Delta claims to get it for a tenner, on account of being on the social, or something).

I did once send them an e-mail along those lines, but that was never going to get a reply. Unfortunately deafness means I can't do the standard trick of ringing them up and threatening to cancel. Never mind. Just have to have a bit more on the winners instead. Thanks for clearing the matter up, anyway. |
