I'm looking to organize a golf weekend away - Spain, France, Portugal etc. next May - 3 nights. Has anyone been anywhere that they would particularly recommend?
I like this review: not sure if i'd call this a golf course.
'Similar attraction ' include the zoo. One visitor was less than impressed:
Well. North Korea is North Korea. A country with completely sick and crazy leaders, in our oppinion. Why we needed a "guide" to see the zoo, is beyond our understanding. But the country is a dictatorship ruled by completely crazy people.
Our hotel rooms were bugged and our conversations got quoted by the official "guide" the next day. If you are paranoid, do not go to this completely crazy country. The animals were nice, but they were starving. No wonder, since the completely crazy leader, Kim Jong Un, is spending all the countries money on nuclear missiles and his own well being. A completely strange experience. Interesting in its crazyness.

I've got a place near Alicante, it's a decent enough venue for the several golf courses nearby. El Plantio, Bonalba, La Finca and Alenda all close to the city and only a 2 hour flight from Gatwick. The Melia hotel is a well run place and as good as any at the price to have as a base right on the beach. I'm off in a couple of weeks there, £82 return from Gatwick, cheap as chips and I'd recommend it to anyone.
