allegedly prince Philip whispered to someone I seem to remember there was less foreign labour on the bridge over the river quai than worked on here, 
I was there when it opened, we were staying in North Dunbar
In this age of technology (ie Dartford crossing) they should charge vehicles a nominal fee for using the bridge
