A car has crashed into a pizzeria in Seine-et-Marne near Paris, killing an eight-year-old girl and leaving several people injured.
The driver was arrested at the scene. The driver was reportedly in a dark BMW, which crashed into the terrace of the busy restaurant.
Investigators said they believed the incident was "deliberate... but apparently has no connection with a terrorist act".
