it's a blanket term that could range from a careless insult which wasn't meant to be overheard to **** on a glass coffee table in the middle of a meeting.

But seriously though, in my view it's highly likely that he actually physically punched someone (probably another member of the board). That action nearly always results in instant dismissal.

They're keeping quiet about it probably because there could be an impending court case against McKenzie for an assault charge.
