I heard a local yoof interviewed earlier who said that the community he was part of were forced to deal drugs because they didn't want to be part of the system.

shame for the lad,really unlucky in a few years time like this years music festivals, there,d have been someone on hand to check his drugs maybe even the police ,to see if they were safe before he swallowed them, 
I cant be @rsed to even read about this story but am i right in saying that it is basically a drug dealer running away from the police, realizes he is going to get caught so swallows his drugs and dies. Then the Police get the blame?
