Do you know how ridiculous this is....for instance.....
If you want to use your bathwater to wash the car, by syphoning it out, you are not allowed, as it's the hosepipe that is banned!"
The local council stated that you could use just one bucket of water, to wash the car lights, windows, and number plates...
So having completed that task, and having used only a third of a bucket, what do you do with the rest of it?

I must admit I take no notice at all of hosepipe bans and neither do my neighbours.
If my garden needs watering then it gets watered.

Cant Possibly be a Water Shortage its Not stopped raining Countrywide
In California, last year, there was a critical water shortage...
Not withstanding that, people were being fined for not watering their lawns!!!
