The teenager's name has not yet been released, but her next of kin have been informed.
A post-mortem examination revealed the cause of death was a neck wound.
The two men, who have not been named by police, will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Monday.

A man has been arrested after allegedly slashing his 21-year-old step-daughter’s throat and killing his 19-year-old niece in a suspected so-called honour killing in Kingston.
The neighbour also said the suspect tried to flee the country from Dover after the killing.
Police launched a murder investigation on Wednesday afternoon, after finding the body of a nineteen-year-old woman in a £1.5m home on Coombe Lane West, Kingston.
Officers had been called earlier in the day after a neighbour became concerned about the girls’ welfare.
Officers went to two addresses did not find them at two addresses, in Sutton and Merton, in south London, and inquiries continued until they were alerted them to the 21-year-old’s knife wounds.
It is believed the older woman managed to escape the suspect.
They later discovered the body of the teenager at the Kingston address.
Three people have been arrested, including a builder who was reported to be working at the house while the owners lived next door.
A neighbour, who did not wish to be named, said: ‘Relatives told me that the stepdad was Asian and was caught at Dover trying to leave the country.
‘He kidnapped them both and chopped one of them up and put her in the freezer.
‘He slit the other one’s throat.
‘I spoke to the neighbours earlier and they said that the person who rented the house out had only done so at the weekend.
‘The man was the stepdad to one of the girls as well.’
Police believe the girls were taken to the property before they were attacked.
A family friend of the owners told The Sun: ‘The girls had got mixed up with a gang of guys. One wanted to marry one of the boys and her Pakistani family couldn’t take that.’
Murder squad’s Detective Chief Inspector Sam Price said: ‘At this stage, one line of inquiry is that the two women were taken against their will to the address in Kingston, by a man who they both knew.
‘Fortunately, one of the women managed to get away from the address and seek help. How this happened will form part of this investigation.’
Asked if police were looking into whether the murder was being treated as a so-called honour killing, Ms Price said: ‘I am keeping an open mind as to the motive, but we are not currently looking for anyone else in connection with this case.’
A spokesperson from Met Police said: ‘Police have launched a murder investigation after the body of a woman was found at an address in Kingston and a second woman attended hospital with injuries.

Posts about the noisy ones are scrutinised. It is not just them though, it is still popular in Albania. Hopefully they will leave these habits behind when the starting pistol fires and they migrate en masse to more civilised countries.

The odd thing is there were two women -- one murdered, one raped -- which makes me wonder if the honour killing is a red herring and this would have been the start of a whole series of murders.

The court was told Miss Dookhran had been in a relationship with an Arab Muslim and her family members did not approve because they were Indian Muslims.
The survivor, who is in her twenties, claims she heard her friend scream as she was dragged from the shower and stunned with a Taser.
The victims were bound with duct tape and rope and had socks shoved into their mouths before being rolled up into dust sheets and thrown into a vehicle by two men in balaclavas.
They were driven five miles to a house under renovation before Miss Dookhran was raped and murdered – but the second woman fled.
Mujahid Arshid, 33, appeared before magistrates in Wimbledon yesterday charged with the murder, rape, and kidnap of Miss Dookhran and the attempted murder, rape and kidnap of the second woman. Vincent Tappu, 28, was charged with the kidnap of both.
Binita Roscoe, prosecuting, said two men in balaclavas stormed into a house near Wimbledon where Miss Dookhran was with her friend, who is in her twenties, last Wednesday morning.
She said the pair grabbed the teenager who was in the shower and the other woman. A Taser was used to subdue them and they were tied up before being rolled bundled into a vehicle, she said.
The court heard they were driven five miles to a location in Kingston where they were raped.
Ms Roscoe, prosecuting, said: 'The deceased was involved in a relationship with an Arab Muslim and the family members didn't approve of this relationship because they are Indian Muslims.'
Two men in balaclavas entered the property on July 19, the prosecutor said. She told the court: 'Her face and mouth were covered in duct tape. Her hands were tied with cable ties and her feet were tied with rope.
'She believes a sock was placed in her mouth. She had heard the deceased who was in the shower screaming.'
The surviving victim said a sock was forced into her mouth and the kidnappers used a Taser to subdue both her and Ms Dookhran before they were rolled in dustsheets and bundled into a vehicle, said Ms Roscoe.
Miss Dookhran was the eldest of three children and born in Wandsworth in 1996.
Her passion was make-up and her nearly 3,500 tweets are packed with advice on using cosmetics - she also did the make-up for an A-Level film made at sixth form.
In her last message, posted a week before her death, she wrote: 'Alhamdulilah for everything that's all I can say' and she also liked a joke about finishing work on the eve of her murder.
She also posted messages when she passed her driving test in 2015 and would also tweet about her faith.
During Ramadan she wrote: 'Please tell me why I'm casually sitting in Costa during my lunch break whilst fasting.'
Bearded Arshid wore a grey prison-issue tracksuit, while his co-defendant wore a black suit and white shirt, with short black hair and a beard.
They were flanked by three dock officers. A young man and a woman sat in the packed public gallery during the hearing at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court.

Whatever the reason, let us hope the accused get a fair trial before the judge throws away the key.
