The highest paid woman, Winkleman, I had to google who she was. She's a host on strictly (I never watch it) and on about half a million?

AFAIK she'll do a bit of chatting between some Z lists celebs and ex politicans making an ar** of themselves trying to dance, is that about it?
So she's a bit like a red coat doing mums and dads dance talent night at butlins. For about £10k a week. Nice work if you can get it.

The problem here isn't a pay gap it's that they are all (and mostly the men) are being paid too ****ing much.

She didn't invent the show or does her personality make or break it? If she came up with and invented the format THEN she might deserve a large share of it.

The only person I know of who had anything to do with the show was Forsyth, a legend and probably had a large part in it's initial success..

How the BBC should fix this.

Cut all women's salaries by 75%. Bring men's salaries down to that level.

Simple.

You've got to laugh. Women on huge wages greedily demanding more money under the guise of battling for women's rights.  Laugh

Will women in tennis follow suit and make sure they earn less for doing less work than men? Confused
