Your problem is you do not understand the greater spread and sharing out of crime on to other groups. One needs to share these crimes with diverse minority groups. It is only fair. Smaller incoming groups are contributing more and more. This can only be good for further integration that you have whinged about not happening in the past. I hope this helps |
