My latest forum competition. It’s for THE OPEN GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP: for the 1st time in 3 years!!! Doesn't time fly?

This is how it works: (in much the same way as my other competitions).
There are 12 sections. You have to pick 1 player or number (depending on which section) for each one. The scores for each selection are listed below.
Just put the letters A to L with your choice for each - preferably going downwards, followed by a tie-break answer.
If you don’t want to study or look anything up, just guess!!!
There is no prize yet, but I have asked, if perhaps a little sponsorship could be found.... I'll let you know if any budget is available and any other related details
In the event of a tie, a tiebreak will come into effect so there will be an absolute winner (or placer).
The Sections: and some details/clues/history
Section A. How many will Ian Poulter score in Round 1 He missed last year with an injury. His 2 previous 1st round scores were; 73 (St Andrews 2015) & 73 (Royal Liverpool 2014). The last Birkdale open, he scored 72 in R1 and ended up finishing 2nd.
3 points for exact, 1 point if 1 out
Par at Royal Birkdale is 70
Section B. Day 1 Leader: Name the player who will lead the Open at the end of the 1st round.
6 points for the leader, 4 points for whoever's in 2nd, 2 points for being in 3rd. (Points will be divided for ties)
You may need to look at the full list of players (outright winner betting page will do) to pick your selection.
Section C. How many of the players whose surname begins with H will make the cut?: Only 70 players (+ties) make the cut.
A number between 0 and 17 for this section.
These are the H’s: B. Haas, A. Hadwin, A. Hall, T. Hamilton, L. Haotong, B. Harman, P. Harrington, T. Hatton, S. Hend, M. Hendry, R. Henley, A. Hodkinson, C. Hoffman, JB Holmes, B. Horschel, D. Horsey, C. Howell III.
4 points for being right, 2 points if you’re 1 away, 1 point if you're two out.
Section D. What will the cut mark be
After 2 rounds anyone in the top 70 places (and ties) will make the cut. What is the highest (worst) score that will keep a player in for the last 2 days?
Last 3 opens it was 147, 144 and 146. Last time at Royal Birkdale it was 149.
(The weather could play a part in this)
3 points if correct, 1 point if out by 1
Section E. Best 3rd round score. Par is 70.
Lowest ever 3rd round score is 63 (I. Aoki - 1980 - Muirfield, P. Broadhurst - 1990 - St Andrews.
Last year it was 68 (at Troon), In 2008 (This course), it was 70
Choose (imo) from 63 to 75 - but the probability is 65 - 68 (possibly depending on the weather)

[i]Section F. How many of these 20 will be in the Top 20 (and ties) at the end of Round 3 (They’re pretty much the top 20 in the betting):

Section L. What will be the final winning score? Par is 280, Last 2 winning scores at Royal Birkdale were; 283 (by Padraig Harrington, 2008), 280 (Mark O'Meara 1998). In the last 30 years the lowest Open winning score was 264 (last year at Troon), and the highest 290 (all venues). It's worth looking at the weather/wind forecast
Choose a number between 260 and 300. (more probably between 270 and 284)
5 points for spot on, 3 points for 1 out, 2 points if 2 out, 1 point if 3 out.
TIEBREAK : Answer 3 questions with Y or N.... These 3:
Will there be a Hole in one?
Will a Player whose Name (1st name OR surname) begins with a J win the Open?
Will any South Korean player (there are 8 taking part) finish in the top 10?
A combination of 3 N's and Y's is required.
Other stuff
If I’ve made any mistakes please tell me and I’ll try to rectify. In all cases common sense will prevail.
E&OE - If there's a player missing from any of the sections as I've listed them (I don't think I've missed anyone), he will be ignored for scoring purposes.
Any ties in any sections, points shared; (eg, if the score is 2 points for 3rd, 1 point for 4th, and there's a tie for 3rd, both will score 1.5)
Please put initials with any ambiguous selections (eg. There are 2 Blands, 2 Johnsons, 2 McCarthys, 4 Kims) any doubt about a selection for a section will score ZERO for that section regardless of the intention.
The organiser's (that's me) decision is final. I'll try to update scores and standings at the end of each day's play.
Entries accepted until 11.59pm, Wednesday 16th July.

It's been a while. It's not on BBC. Traffic on the forum is down. Where encouraged, I'll try to run more competitions to try to reinvigorate things. You are now playing for a 1st prize of £70 and a 2nd prize of £30.. I will post a complete table of standings after each round. The whole entries list is the next post. Here is an overview of the Sections and what you did: Section A: Poulter’s Rd 1 Score. Predictions range from 67 to a single 77 - A fair spread. Section B: Name Day 1 Leader. Could be anyone, couldn't it? 7 of you think it will be Ricky Fowler. Section C: How many of 17 Surnames with ‘H’ make the Cut. Guesses go from 3 to just the one 11. mostly between 5 & 8 though. Section D: Cut mark Score. The range is 140 - 150 with a single 152 and a single 164. So if the weather gets really bad there might be just 1 scorer Section E: Best Rd 3 Score. 1x 63, 1x 70, the rest in between Section F: How Many Top 20 favs will be in Top 20 after Rd 3.
