Put it in a blender yet got spared jail. One because he had a job (he hadn't) then got his curfew amended because he had an early start.
Do the Sheriffs just accept everything they are told? If the subject matter hadn't been so bad it wouldn't have attracted any attention and he'd have got away with it.
BTW he was told to help out at an animal charity but they said no way.

One extreme to the other and I was talking with the wife this about these cases this morning when I thought 6 months in jail would have been fair for the Scottish case and possibly something like 5 years for the American case although he maybe belongs in a mental institution after what he did.
