peaches said Sir Bob was a miser.
peaches dead?

His songs were shyte.

He is worth a mint although he has not appeared in the Sunday Times Rich List since 2006, when his wealth was put at £35 million.

"The controversial character cut his campaigning and organisational teeth first with the Band Aid single in 1984. The next year with the seminal Live Aid concert that he coordinated internationally with Midge Ure to raise a spectacular £150m to help beat starvation in Africa." (averages £5 million a year, thirty years)

GIVE TILL IT HURTS +  'People are dying now. Give us the money now. Give me the feckin' money now,' he shouted -

His efforts earned him an honorary knighthood and world recognition as an anti-poverty activist.

Rich men telling poor people to give them money? (well done)

Love this, great lyrics.Billy Connolly I Wish I was in Glasgow.ttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebYXV5VnP58

Big celtic fan is Billy. Been to see him live a few times mm. Also a fan of Rod Stewart and Kevin Bridges who also support them.
So I doubt your accusation stands much scrutiny.

I actually thought the OP had picked these 3 because of their politics and commented accordingly.
Never seen Eddi in concert and apart from her big hit 'Perfect' couldn't name anything else she's done.
As I said I was posting in respect of her politics based on her QT appearances and some of her tweets.
Have a look/read and I'm sure you'd agree with me. Naïve in the extremes and stupid ast times.

Eddi Reader is the worst by far. A foul toxic human being.

An immigrant herself, she stoked up real poison and confrontation between neighbours during the referendum.
A few toe tapping tunes doesn't really balance that out.

Geldof by the proverbial country mile. I went to a wedding in Waterford I think it was and his P.A. (my then wife's mate) was getting married and that troll was there. Seriously, a more truly odious, hideous person you could not be more unfortunate to meet in life if you tried.
I don't know anything about any of the others mentioned but I don't need to.

Bono only gets away with it because he's Irish

Bob Geldorf - wife dead, daughter dead. More than careless?
has a fortune of 35 million at least and is famous for getting
the UK people to GIVE money away to a good cause.

If i win the lottery I'll ask my neighbours for a loan.
