I've noticed this too.

Yours has to be screened and approved before they are posted.

It is very exclusive. You don't find out unless you are awarded one.

That's easy, your posts appear straight away.

I have a Diamond account, which is the next one up from Platinum. I no longer have to post anything at all, a Diamond Moderator constantly monitors the forum for me, and if something needs to be posted will log on to my account and contribute on my behalf.

The Christmas hamper is also superb.
