I don't see North Korea as a threat for three reasons:
1) Being able to launch a missile is one thing; being able to put a miniature nuclear warhead on it is another. Plus, at this stage, they still can't guarantee a perfect launch. Would they launch a nuclear missile if there was a good chance it would blow up a few moments after launch? 2) Any missile they launched that looked threatening would be intercepted and destroyed in-flight. 3) The North Korean leadership know they'd be destroyed in the retaliation. Even they wouldn't want that. This would only be an issue if they were Muslims, as they'd believe it would ensure martyrdom and so look forward to it. But they're not. The North Koreans like to have attention and they achieve this for a few moments by attacking the sea. |

foolish earthlings, while you concentrate on atomic missiles. I the great Qgtorr of planet Osirus has assembled the great nullifier in a basement near you. It will activate on Sept 21st and turn all earthers into aquatic creatures. you will have to leave your dwellings and seek out water. At that point my alien fleet will land and steal all the stuff you left behind. We are interested in boxsets of sex in the City and limited edition snickers.
All Hail Qsirus the pirate planet. |

these guys are a threat? they don't have submarines? they have to blast off from the back o cheap trucks.
Shirley they are just a fear threat. more of we need nuclear weapons. USA and Russia have ten thousand missiles and we have 40? who are we gonna target ? one nation with our 40. |

trump tweeting begging China to do something is embarrassing for the American people and himself
|
|
By:
I follow these things closely, and I have no idea what happens next.
I wouldn't rule out a Kim assasination. I suspect the Americans know where he is most of the time. |
|
By:
My point was more that the USA should say to the rest of the world `this one is for you to deal with, we can handle ourselves.`
Too often every crackpot is left to the USA to deal with as the world sits by expecting to be defended by uncle Sam. |

lesson 1, they only do something because they want something, its NOT for the greater good

The Italians and Greeks should send N. Korea a few hundred boatloads of migrants for resettlement. Would give them something else to think about.

oddesperado is right, America should not feel obliged to fulfill duties , disagreeable duties, that are dangerous and costly, and may send them plunging into great unforeseen edifices. Not any longer should they worry about the whining British and Europeans, and the other miserable parts of the world.
Are they grateful, no they are quite the opposite. They are rude. |

By:
Perhaps the reason that nuclear non-proliferation has largely worked is that nuclear armed countries like the USA guarantee the deterrence. Watch what happens should they withdraw such commitment and weep.

When the North Koreans next have one of their big marches showing off their latest technology with thousands of troops marching plus all the Influential Koreans sitting there plus the Supreme leader himself. One down the pipe........big boom mushroom

Lets be honest, Trump was elected saying he would do just what has been suggested.
All it shows is that the western democracies arnt worth anything. You can feed any line and do something completely different. America would be forced to use nukes on NK. That lot simply will not stop, they are like programmed robots and they stopped uncle sam once and they have nothing else to lose. |
|
By:
![]() you have the picture with the communists fighting the christian nations in the banner. This is a fake conflict that is being pushed, part of an agenda. Pitting team A against team B. It's how they control people through history. create a war and kill people. |

![]() the TOWER - note pinned to the door? Is that Martin Luther's declaration? 500 yr anniversary. 1517 AD. |

By:
The USA isn't going to nuke N. Korea. A hundred cruise missiles would smash every worthwhile bridge in the mountainous country and central control would collapse, at least for a few months. You can't move bridges around.
|
|
By:
Im pretty sure if Kim started sending nukes all around Trump would send them back.
NK's military is huge, america cant fight that sort of fight that far away, it would be a time game and america would lose |
|
By:
America are still struggling to flatten ISIS and they are like a merry band of stick throwers compared to NK
|
|
By:
yes usa,uk and 50 other countries and we cant beat a load of truck driving half trained bunch of nutters, isnt that a little strange dusty?
|
|
By:
Well if you are implying that the ISIS thing is a conspiracy terry I wouldnt really know about that.
What I would say however is that last time america thought they'd make short work of Korea they were forced into retreat, just like vietnam. Both of which Im pretty sure they were trying. America puts more worth on the lives of their own service personal than korea, if you down throw down ultimate death they just wont stop. |

he has a right to protect his own people, I think he"s a show off and he"s saying look what ive got now fook off America, NOBODY would be stupid enough to use them

The problem with a place like that is that there isnt a wide range of people holding the leader to account, decisions are made by a select few.
Hasnt the man allegedly fead family members to packs of dogs etc and tortured the westerner for stealing a sign. Its projectionism to suggest anyone knows what he might do. I think hes far more likely to fire nuclear weapons than anyone else on the planet due to not having to appease an electorate. The whole place is the result of conditioning. They are almost in a different human state uneffected by the weaknesses of a decadent west. |

wonder if back in the day they said the yanks were the only loons likely to release an atom bomb
|
|
By:
The USA could have taken over the world in 1946.
the Russians didn't get the bomb to the fifties. They shoulda done it. One world USA. Now we have every mad tool on the planet with a nuclear option. This is a boxing match scaled up, a fix. Tyson vs a featherweight. A very preventable war that is inevitable, because it's been planned out. They did the same with Iraq. I knew in 2001 that Iraq was gonna get it. All the noises. They get all their pieces in place and then swarm in. Anti missile missiles to take down any missiles fired. |

moderators not allowing it? twin towers superman pic and the living monolith. Both can be found by googling it? here is an illumanatti card game from 1992 ? the lone gunmen - offshoot of the x-files, premiered a year before the 911 attack. they had a 747 jet fly into one of the twin towers so that the usa could bolster their military industrial complex. pilot episode. |

NK is absolutely nothing like Iraq.
The likes of Iraq were just examples of the yanks picking on an easy target. NK have a massive Arsenal and seeming intent to destroy. Trump has egg on his face already, only six months ago he said NK would never attain an IBCM, and time after time America is seen guessing wrongly. The question is no longer whether they have nuclear capability, nor whether they will show a long range system that will re enter the atmosphere close to major American cities, it is actually now which will occur first....that or trump being out of office? American just have to accept NK have slipped through their net of world control, and will forever be the state that could and probably would stop their good thing forever. |
