Just enjoyed a super lunch here and, my disappointment that "Calzone" was no longer on the menu, was saved by the very accommodating waitress
who persuaded chef to do one with my choice of filling, and topped with a hot tomato sauce.

It was definitely, at least, equal to the best one ever!

All that, and 50% off the bill.....Happy

I think I hate pizzas - I've been brainwashed into thinking I like them?
every time i eat one I think I should have just bought a loaf and some cheese. Made cheese on toast.
I enjoy pitta bread with tomato sauce and cheese better.
It is the most overpriced fast food out there... two pizzas £20?

pitta bread, garlic paste, cheese, tomato sauce. onion as an extra?
£2 for loads.

Calzones always been difficult to get. Most of the restaurants that do them have folded.

Scuzzi M'lady

But shirley you could have folded the " pitza " in half and used a big serviette ( I would assume a Lady would not use a napkin unless u are trying to make an ass of me! )

The great thing about a good Calzone is that it has massively extra filling than you would get on a regular pizza.

Correct about the ridiculous prices...this, and others were £13.95, but we paid half of that, which is still crazy when a
"Sloppy Giuseppe" is £2.50 when on offer at the supermarket, albeit that none of them seem to do the larger ones anymore!

They certainly hit you for the drinks, with a single glass of Merlot charged at £5.95!!!
