Don't think I'll be watching Glastonbury after seeing this year's line up including :

The Libtardtines
The Remoans
Snowflake Patrol
The Average White Guilt Band

with special guest appearances by Lily Allen and Eddie Izzard.

Come to think of it, that's pretty much the same line up as last year.

Better get used to it (copyright S. Khan) cos that'll be the same every year from now on.

DM superb at the Olympic Stadium a few weeks back, Slippy. Also saw them on their previous tour (3/4 years ago?) at the o2. Never disappoint. Outstanding live band.

My favourite band of all time johnny, I've seen them live more times than I care to remember. David Gahan just won't play at Glastonbury.

Report Poppydog. • June 24, 2017 12:14 PM BST
Well I thought Radiohead were fantastic.

Reading The Guardian and Reddit, they really do divide opinion, which is fair enough.
Yet I was stunned by their musicianship and how they mesh as a perfect group (see 'Paranoid Android', just wow).

An admirable Greatest Hits set, which many don't seem to understand.
All albums from 25 years were catered for and 7 out of the last 8 songs were Singles.

Highlights for me were the sublime 'Exit Music' (earlier on), 'Weird Fishes', 'Nude' and 'Karma Police' at the end.

why is annie mac classed as an act ? just someone playing records. i can do that.
Report Platini • June 24, 2017 2:05 PM BST
Personally I love Radiohead, but I get that they are marmite.  You often find that with the technically better musicians (Pink Floyd etc).
Report McCoy Carp • June 24, 2017 4:39 PM BST
Is there any proper rock bands there in the mould of Guns & Roses say? Not that I'm over keen on them, but they would have something that seems to be lacking - dynamics - or isn't that what Glastonbury is all about? When I was in my late teens always wanted to go to Reading, but always had to work the August bank holiday. Now I wouldn't want to be anywhere near it or any frickin festival - even a beer one.

Hate to say it about such legends but couldn't they have got Janet in to do the Michael part as it's almost like a Karaoke track waiting for the singer.

Whatever Michael was he was a consummate performer and singer beyond reproach and equal in his genre.
