The news coverage over particular items is way over the top, especially the last one with the white van.
You'd think nothing else had happened in the country.

Does this happen in countries without Muslims I wonder?

look, life goes on. if you constantly dwell on whats happened in the past you dont move forward. as saeed bin suroor said, there is not a finish line in life, you must keep going.

I think bloody Blair upped the only 1 min remembrance to 2, just show how much more compassionate he was. On the first day of the Battle of the Somme, 1916, we lost just over 19,000 dead and 38,000 wounded. As a proportion of today's pop that's equivalent to 30,000 dead and 60,000 wounded - essentially on one day before lunchtime in a war that lasted over 4 years. Do you not think we're a teensy bit over-emotional now?

i was in a store when they had one a couple of years ago. a wee guy was rampaging while everyone else stood still and looked at him. like something out of a horror film. he ran around the store, his mother chasing him in a tenderfoot way.

as it's at eleven, i'm usually asleep. or in the shower.

Just had a minute's silence throughout the UK, at 12pm, for the Finsbury Park Terrorist Attack

One guy (sadly) died having collapsed, after slipping and falling walking home, before the incident.

I feel we are at saturation point with these silences and applause's.What was a good idea in the past has now been totally devalued.

I just accidentally put my elbow in a small puddle of melted ice-cream. Please join me in a minute's silence. Leopard, you can continue indefinitely.

Can't be ISIS. A car wasn't driven over your elbow and then a bomb!

I was walking past the local mosque when a bloody great tile fell off the roof.

Islamic Slate has claimed responsibility.

It is your fault. No one lets their ice cream melt like that all over the place. Others could have been affected.  You should be taken in for questioning.  In charge of something that may cause a fence. There may be animal fat of the porcine type.  How dare you!!!Angry
