I've been in and out of hospital far too often in recent times, countless Muslim doctors have treated me but no nurses. Are there any?

Now I think about it, most of my doctors have been Muslim, but all of my nurses have been Christian or Atheist, those that seem happy to talk about it anyway.

One of the nurses for my son was Muslim and one of his specialist Drs is Muslim, but yeah thinking about it I have noticed more Drs than nurses. I'm from a place that I think during the last census was 98% white, so quite a result just to get those two anyway lol btw I hope you are over having your hospital visits.

Without being racist because (I despise the religion so maybe I'm a racist?) Is there anything an Islamic doctor won't do because of religion? ie. If I inserted a pork joint up my arse ahem, would he remove it?

You're talking about a miniscule number of Jihadi's, not ordinary muslims, get a grip.
If muslims hated you all they would not become doctors in western countries and treat you and your children when unwell. They would not join the emergency services either, how could somebody who hates you try to save your life? |

Surely most of us can separate the individual Muslim from Islam. The dr that sees my boy is a very nice man and we get on great. I have nothing but respect for the guy. It doesn't stop me from thinking Islam itself as a dangerous ideology.

Here's the way it was in NI.
There was an atrocity, as a Unionist I was disgusted but in a strongly Loyalist area I said nothing despite maybe knowing something irreverential I should have said. Roll forward 20 years and Islam. Same problem but with 5 millions potential supporters, not a wonder I'm a bigot. |

I was thinking more along practical lines when I noticed there were never any female Muslim nurses. As most will know, if you have the misfortune to stay in hospital you might as well leave any inhibitions at the door, every bit of you gets poked and prodded and examined by just about everybody. I was presuming a Muslim lady might have issues even looking at my Crown Jewels, let alone picking them up to feel the quality?

had a heart attack last July,rushed into St George's,Tooting,at around 5.am.From then on in between being rushed from theatre to mri scan i was looked after by a muslim nurse in head gear but being pumped full of morphine was not really 'with it'.she couldn't do enough for me and no i'm far from a leftist apologist.

There is no problem with nurses that are muslim whatsoever! You get the same old same old from the same old same old faces here! People just want to vent their nastiness. One particular nasty thing wanted people to march on Mosques. After this morning's incident maybe he got his wish! |

I went to the doctors complaining about an itchy sore ''ring'' (piles?) the female muslim doctor refused to examine me,had to make another appointment,...three weeks later!,and it burned,burned,burned this ring of fire...

Indeed,i didn't make a fuss although i was annoyed,...but you learn,i now ask when/if i make an appointment,..if needed can the doctor i'm seeing conduct a FULL examination ?

Many Muslim nurses and a few white converts to the Religion of Peace. Many many carers are Somali Muslims in London. Atrocious pay for what they have to do means only those with very little choice will do the job!
