My son, James, is on jury duty in Leeds for two weeks.
Looking at the cases on trial, and the defendants, eighteen of the thirty nine on trial are,let's say, of foreign backgrounds!

What exactly is the aim of this thread?, is it to make a certain ethnicity sound better than another

I can assure that it is for general interest but, either way, we can't form an opinion based on just one weeks hearings.
I may just look at the state of play, over a few more weeks. to see if there is a clear pattern. In the meantime I wish I never put this up and, were it on any other forum where I post, I would have taken it down long ago! |
