They are absolutely right to do this. I have just been into Asda and asked the following question near the meat counter. "I believe that all bacon detests burglaries and violent assault. Please remain silent if you agree!" There was no reply, so I have determined that Bacon hate crime. I hope this clarifies the matter!

I was sacked. There was this young lady sitting near the bacon slicer and I got a little behind with the order!
But seriously, this 'security crackdown' nonsense is reminiscent of a Monty Python sketch all those years ago which concerned self-defence from attackers coming at you armed with cherries (red and black).
Its like a Channel 4 documentary I saw a few years ago. There was an EDF march and the Religion of peace sent out some of their British citizens to have a counter march. The EDF was minding its own business and was confronted by several of the mentally ill of the Asian persuasion who were shouting along the lines of " We are going to f**ck your women, have lots of children, outnumber you and bring Shariah Law and make this a M****m country. Provocation isn't the word! Guess who the police arrested? I'll give you a clue- members of the EDF!
