dan,they would probably wallop the Saudis who ar not that good but the danger is they would invite mercenaries from sunni religion to cause an all out religious battle. Nightmare scenario if the west were to get involved too.

Got to laugh Case, when I was in saudi we heard a story that they addressed their problems of insurgents by using a Hercules 130 transport plane and dropping them into the remote desert area of the empty quarter. Sadly,they forgot to give them parachutes !
