10:00 dental appointment.
Remove temporary crown with hammer and chisel, predictably crown shoots off and down the throat, up to 7th floor for chest x-ray.
Crown appears to be lodged in lung, off to hospital, CT scan for 3D view to determine exact whereabouts of crown.
Sedation, endoscopy to retrieve crown, back to dentist, 10 minute crown procedure, home by 16:00.
