Is it ok to laugh a little now

Given the troubled times our country is going through at the moment, I took time out to watch the Tommy Cooper program last night, Tommy along with Eric Sykes, Spike Milligan, Frankie Howard were my comedy hero's.You don't see the likes of them today. I still laughed out loud at TC's jokes.

I went to the doctors this morning, doctor can you give me anything for the wind, He gave me a kite.

wife, the cars got water in the carburetter
man, ok, where is the car
wife, in the river.

wife, crying
man, why are you crying
wife, I'm homesick,
man, but you are home,
wife, I know, I'm sick of it.

Knocked on the door of a B&B.
landlady, what do you want
I want to stay here
landlady, ok stay there and shut the door.
