Why is it these days that every pair of lace up shoes i buy the laces come undone after approx 200yds.It's not as if i only buy cheap shoes or don't know how to lace em up.Sensible answers please.

Somehow I don't think it'll come as a surprise to the forum that you can't even tie your shoe laces properly 
Put your net away Twizz, you won't get many, then again?
I too have had this problem (shoe laces that is). I find that some laces are thin and waxy like with little friction to keep them tied. Cheaper laces are better.
On a positive note, what I have done, with round laces, is to take some fine sandpaper and slightly roughen the laces.
Never thought, before now, to turn to my best buddy Google for advice!
