Shocking CCTV footage has shown the moment a woman was led by the hand to a quiet street near London's busy Covent Garden where she was gang raped.
The 34-year-old woman had been out with friends in the area, which is popular for its fancy bars and restaurants, and was making her way home.
As she walked down Greek Street around 12:15am on March 20 she was approached by three Asian men, with one taking her by the hand and appearing to act as a Good Samaritan.

Police in an area where a gang of Asian men were jailed for repeatedly raping a 13-year-old white girl are investigating 179 new sex crimes involving 165 suspects, it was revealed today.

I am setting off for Savile Town in a mo AP. Need some Shipyard IPA from Asda, and the lemon muffins(6pack £2) from the bakery there are delicious.The place is indeed a khazi but I get the chance to have a pint of fine ale just over the canal at The Leggers, a pleasant pub on the canal basin.

How come in the UK you refer to Indian/sub continent people as Asians? To me Asians are Chinese etc.
America had a lot of immigrants from China, Japan and so on because of geography. Britain from the subcontinent (often via Africa) because of empire. Turns out Asia is a big place. Now, thanks to the wonders of satellite telly and the interweb, it all gets mixed up -- ok let's be honest, the American usage spreads here.

On second thoughts, I think Asian became used here because Indians hated being referred to as P*k*s, Chinese have never been referred to as Asian round here.
