I wonder what happens when these guys patrol together. I believe that the police have to call out certain warnings before using their weapons i.e. "Armed police, I'm gonna kill you". What do the squaddies do? Hopefully they just blast away and sort out the problems after. I cant imagine British soldiers storming ashore on D-Day shouting out, "Allied troops, lay down your arms". Maybe its another pay day for our legal vultures? Actually, I think we're all fwcked.
