From Peebles not been there for a good few years not stalled anyway

We've got friends in Peebles.
They have a house on the river in the town centre.
I remember when they first moved in years ago, they were driven insane with ducks quacking at night.
Had to install double glazing.

Do they like it now ?

Yeah nice place camped up hills near there the Meldonds years ago.The Beltane gala or festival as now called was quite a busy day in old peeebles as well.Last time i was there just hit some snooker hall up a side street not sure if still there but if it is it will be revamped i would think.2 old tables with old faded lights
