I have lots of notes about players on pokerstars and party poker and want to keep them in case of pc failure. I do not have much else on the pc, so is it easier to back up the whole computer? It keeps telling me to 
I recently purchased what I think is a usb drive and have inserted it in the desktop and it has finished installing the software. So now what?
I know I could figure it out myself if it was just the computer but I do not want to make a mistake about the poker notes.

You could just drag and drop the poker folder from your desktop onto the usb drive.
Stars: Click o Settings/ Playing History/ Hand History
It will show you the folder where the hand histories are stored.
Betfair is a bit trickier.
Holdem Manager will store all your hands in the cloud which is worth the $100 alone

I would rather back up all of my computer as it needs it and I think it I might do it incorrectly if I just drag and drop as I am not very computer savvy, Smar Tarse. How do I do that and will it save all my poker notes?
I think I have backed up all my computer on the usb drive.
It was backing up but now it has just gone to another page which says 'back up and restore your files'. Does this mean that it has finished backing up and that this is just the page I come to when I want to restore the files or do another back up? And does this mean that both my pokerstars and party poker files have been backed up. And what do I do with the usb thing, shall I take it out?
