It's nothing to do with us (unless you happen to live in the USA).

I also think it wrong that Obama should be seeking to influence the French elections, they are quick enough to complain about the Russians trying to influence theirs.

The Don doing exactly as promised, expunging every last vestige of damage caused by what is ALREADY!!! being exposed as the worst President America has ever had. `Legacy`?  Being dismantled since Inauguration day! Good riddance to bad rubbish, excellent work, Donald.
Hey! Lefties! Hope you enjoyed your reign of terror but it`s OVER, `good` and `right` have prevailed, just in time, and now is OUR time. Suck it up, snowflakes, our hero`s trouncing of La Clinton has ushered in a return to decency and common sense. What`s best of all, though, is that this is only the forefront of the new global rejection of tosh, and the next few years will only get better for all normal people, but horrifically bad for spreaders of pc tosh.

REJOICE! REJOICE! REJOICE!

Followed, of course, by a good phUcking chortle!!!!!

Go Donald! Go Donald! Go Donald!

OBama was ham stringed after a couple of months in office. What a load o crap. it's like voting in a minority in parliament and being voted down if you try and do anything.
They didn't want a black guy doing well. No more black presidents? look what he did. Nothing.

Not to worry - it's America.

Let's look at what's happening everywhere else - democracy is crash diving - no election is upheld anymore? every election is corrupt somehow? why is that?

2017 - 5777 - suckers.

Whilst this is mildly interesting I am bemused as to why the health service of a foreign country was the leading news item at 10pm.

It still needs to get through the Senate, and if the Senate make any changes it needs to pass the House of Representatives again.

At the risk of stating the massively obvious, the US is on the news a lot because it's the most important country in the world, so it's the second most important to news channels after the UK.

How is American health care of any relevance or interest to UK viewers?Confused

I doubt most people sitting at home in the UK could care less about it.

Do you think people should show no interest in what's happening in the world ?
By:

Because it's very important to Trump, and Trump is of interest to many British people.

it shouldn't be first news item on all UK news channels, it should be a sub story, I doubt on American TV networks the NHS would ever be the top story should it ever be privitised for example.

Don't think most people pay their TV license to get up to date news for the US, they should concentrate on UK news first and then world news, this isn't big enough to warrent top billing.

Trump being elected was of course a top story, constant updates about reforms are not.

Obamacare is a big move. obama was hand in hand with the healthcare companies. Cost of care in the usa went up for 95% for the public.

' ....this isn't big enough to warrent top billing......'

The only thing I saw heading up the Uk National news today , was the fact that a 90 plus year old bloke was to step down from his public engagements within the Royal Family.

What relevance is that to 99% of the population ???
By:

Relevance being he is a British Royal having served Britain for decades.

I'm certainly no Royalist but I'm pretty sure many people in the UK  would be far more interested in a British Royal retiring from public duty than health care in America,

Personaly I couldn't give a monkey about the Royal Family, would hazard a guess half the country do though.

Tim,not nice but very definitely dim.

Chortle! You used the exact same `joke` in reply to me a couple of months ago; it wasn`t really funny when used by Harry Enfield some 20 years ago and your cliched regurgitation didn`t improve it. Resorting to such unoriginal puerility for a second time reminds us of the left, in general; tired and  beaten. Knowing the game is up, that they`ve all been rumbled as boll0x-espousing dangers to the Free World that they loathe, the best they/YOU can do is rely on repetitions of `tim nice but dim`!!! Really, no REALLY, is that the best you`ve got?

Give it up, unfunny-joke-nicking plagiarist, your time is gone, your failed belief system will barely register as a minor footnote in the history books of the future. Yes, the future that`s OURS, not yours!!! Oh chortle, chortle, chortle!

As a decent sort, being of the right and in the right, I feel it only fair to remind you of the pleasure you and your ilk provide me, on a daily basis; and yet you persist? And I`m the `dim` one? Priceless!!!

Sad state of affairs when a country (USA) chooses not to look after their own citizens but spends millions of tax payer dollars trying to win the hearts and minds of people abroad who will never like them Plain

Health experts expressed alarm on Friday that the new healthcare bill would allow insurers to discriminate against people with “pre-existing medical conditions”, including being pregnant, having had a Cesarean section, or having received treatment for a sexual assault or domestic violence.

A vast spectrum of dozens of illnesses and health conditions – even acne or heartburn – could be used by companies to inflate insurance premiums and make coverage unaffordable for millions of Americans if the bill ends up becoming law as currently written, experts warned.

Obamacare an absolute disaster. It was one of the most ill thought out healthcare systems ever devised, the vast majority of Americans thought it was dreadful - it totally destroyed most people's health coverage and took far more out of decent care than it brought in. What an idiotic and dangerous chump Obama really was! Thank god he's gone.

As seems to be a common trait amongst lefties, you can `believe` whatever you like, regardless of the truth. You did scrape the same barrel twice, and I remember thinking `how lame` the first time. Do I feel the need to go trawling in order to further embarrass you? No, I`m a loving fellow; being a leftie you surely suffer enough already.
