I have 5 ruble and I was thinking of posting it to a Russian bookmaker and do three ruble doubles a 2 ruble treble ,and he could post my winning back to me if my bet wins.
Anyone know any Russian bookies ,do they wear fur coats and hats and smoke big cigars,and are they honest?Grin.
is there horse racing in Russia?and do they fix football matches.like they fix tennis matches,and athletics.

You might just have made your first internet million - if only a couple of lurkers hadn't copyrighted the idea in the past few minutes.

Though I suspect mobile bookmakers might be illegal.  But ...

Mind you, you'd be scraping the bottom with the least creditworthy.  So no problem with the metropolitan elite funding your idea. It's always the poorest who get screwed the most.
