How about pensioners? Can they do 100 mph?

Now you can do a 100mph+ and just get 6 points, was insta ban for a year+ (unless you were a copper or MP or knew someone who was)
Or a multi-millionaire footballer who needs the car to get to training sessions. 
Speed kills - anything that slows people down is ok by me.
totally agree. Amazing that people still think they should be able to drive at whatever speed they think fit.
