I feel old...

i've been told i don't look my age, but i bloody feel older than my age. takes me twenty minutes to get the rust off in the morning.

i did aerobics to lose weight for a year, stepper for a year, the machine melted. ran five k's for ten years. thousands of miles. Guy in one job place i was at could not believe my age. Still no wrinkles at fifty. 

Anyone see the Nick Nolte scene at the start of North Dallas 40? As he gets up out of bed.
