Just wasted 90 min trying to reconnect wi fi shambles ,now told it's a problem at the exchange could be another 24 hours

Contract ends in July will be off right away tied in for two years the only reason we took it on was because of where we lived at the time when we signed on it was the only service available
Since moved into a new build and should be able to get almost anything now any suggestions ? |
