Friday I'm In Love - The Cure

I don't care if Monday's blue
Tuesday's gray and Wednesday too
Thursday I don't care about you
It's Friday I'm in love
Monday you can fall apart
Tuesday Wednesday break my heart
Oh, Thursday doesn't even start
It's Friday I'm in love

There's one I don't know the name of, quite old (early 60's I think) sung by a woman...

"Oh you can kiss me on a Monday a Tuesday, a Wednesday, it's very very good... and you can kiss me on a Thursday a Friday and Saturday in fact I wish you would"
or words to that effect.

Donnerstag ist fast Freitag ist fast Wochenende (Thursday is nearly Friday and almost the weekend) - Die Heideboys

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9u8tYMo5yk

The Heideboys are a post-modernist Schlager combo from Lueneburger Heide (Lueneburg Heath).

Disclaimer: I am almost completely deaf now, so I genuinely have no idea what this sounds like. But going by the video I would strongly discourage anyone from finding out.

There has to a big opening in the music market for some guy to write a catchy Thursday song, but then again nobody does anything interesting on a Thursday its a sort of dull day.Nobody even says "lets go for a drink ,how about next Thursday".
people would think you were crazy if you planned something for a Thursday.LaughLaughLaughLaughLaugh
What a boring day it should be banned and everyone should have a six day week.LaughLaughLaughLaugh
But then again some else would say"i feel so sorry for Thursday now that its gone,i miss it"GrinGrinGrin
