over 200 people dead in airstrike. this will be forgotten quickly.
the London attack will last for years on the news. There will be anniversaries.
next year it will be mentioned, will the Iraq attack be mentioned a year on.
why are they attacking us? really?
If a foreign nation is at war with itself, why are we stepping in and helping one side against another?
this is about being on the winning side so we can trade and control the oil.
It's not the sand we want.

I agree with the bottom paragraph. The top paragraph i could put down to 'collateral damage' but i won't.. That is because the yanks have the worst record in current warfare for 'collateral damage' and "friendly fire" They are gun and bomb happy and they need pegging back. And the only news item i see on CNN(in the sidebar) shows US doctors treating injured iraqis. What lovely people the americans. And how nice of us that we help them in their missions(there must be European doctors in there too).

200 deaths is chicken feed to what went off in the First and Second World Wars.The death toll isn't finished yet, disgusting as it is. I would take some convincing that a lot of them weren't fighters.
The deaths are the result of a war. The deaths in Westminster occurred during peacetime when everyone was going about their normal business, that's why it will be remembered. |
