I feel for the people that have lost their mothers. I had to tell my mother off today, she was nearly in tears but at the end we were stronger. Just say what it is.

I know IS.  I was going to add "My lawyers have told me to apologise to those who have lost their mothers."  "Sorry, but you should have held on to their hands tighter."
