very good for your stomach health. but people with heart issues shouldn't eat them.
it interferes with warfarin meds. henry goods? makes good soft liquorice. helps with stomach pains - heals the gut - i switched over to gelatin sweets. They seem less troublesome(strong). i had a lot of stomach pain and it was brilliant. leaky gut cure. i like the coconut ones. yellow or pink. all caused by antibiotics... be careful with that stuff. |

I used to like the black liquorice ones when I was young, Diva.
I find them all too sickly sweet now and would prefer a juicy pear or a few grapes as a treat. |

I like pears but they never seem to ripen. Mr Makybe cut down one of our pear trees to make room for his archery target

Too late now. Pears are normally picked when hard and allowed to ripen in storage. Some varieties ripen quicker than others. |
