Beggars belief that the incompetence that led to an innocent young man's execution has not prevented this woman getting the positon of Met Police Commissioner, someone who will be responsible for ensuring that the Police act lawfully and are held to account. She was never fully held to account for her catastrophic failings. No wonder the De menezes family are angry.

Incredible that she should be promoted for ordering the murder of an innocent bystander.
