Santa Montefiore, her sister, now on Twitter says : she did not have a brain tumour and that she died from a perforated ulcer and that she was not the goddaughter of Prince Charles ..... I wonder how that last meme got going?

I would have thought it obvious if the 'peacefully' part was true.
Facts is saying that if you were asleep, then the pain of the perforated ulcer would wake you up before you died.
What if she was comatose from some sort of 'medication'
