I read in the Sunday Telegraph.
I cant believe this will happen. Trump apparently said he thinks Snowden should be executed.
If this news report has any substance then it would be the poisoned chalice for trump.
He couldnt let him off and any substantial conviction might bring riots.
I also read a few pages earlier that in this country upheaval of the official secrets act could mean journalists receiving 17 years for holding evidence of whistleblowers where the government has broken the law.
This would be the end of days ffs

He will have caused any undercover staff used by western agencies their probable deaths so he deserves some punishment. We can criticise governments for their lack of openness but innocent people can suffer from such leaks too.
