Is Culvin the person who goes roamim in the gloamin in January?

With a rucksack sleeping on his feet in Buchannan Bus Station?

I know the head of Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park.

Should I be asking questions?

THANKS!For the Vitamin D tip, mate.I'll buy some tomorrow.I visited the Doctors a couple of weeks ago and he didn't ask me about vit,D.Instead, after i informed him i was feeling a bit low,he just gave me two weeks worth of tablets called Fluoxitine.I don't like the idea of taking tablets but because i was feeling so low, i thought i'd give them a go, but before i took them i googled the name Fluoxitine and it turns out they are also known by another name, that name is PROZAC.I put them in the bin.

If the doctor prescribed it for you he must think it could help, can you get them out of the bin or have they gone?

Just googled fluoxetine,(Prozac), it doesn't start working for two to 4 weeks, a lot of info on netdoctor, why do you not fancy taking it,
What nationality was the doctor?

BTW way Leppie,

no such word as alright.

It's all right.

Alright? us forumites will edukait you, stay with us, we're smart (we're Tories) Wink
Report The Leopard February 14, 2017 11:27 AM GMT
Alright is not universally accepted at the moment but you will find in March 2019 it will enter the Oxford English dictionary as a recognised alternative.

It slipped my mind, you do not possess the capabilities which have been handed down to me..... But I should not be talking about that.

As for the Tories, they are mostly stupid, I give you Michael Gove as an example.
Report mememe February 14, 2017 12:28 PM GMT
Leppie,
there you go again, trying to re-write the future.
Alright is not a word.  Never was, never will be.  Clever people know this.

Michael Gove is an idiot.  Fooking himself up like that after being big on the winning side.

Let's hope he fooks off to UKIP.

The Future is already written.....but I can't talk about that.

How else do you think I make £100,000 a year on Betfair ?
Report The Leopard February 14, 2017 12:41 PM GMT

you capitalist pig-dog, taking money from the poor and unemployed here on Betfair.

Traitor.

I give £60,000 to socially worthwhile charities.....all from you Capitalist Porco-canines ! Wink
Report mememe February 14, 2017 1:37 PM GMT
Well that only leaves you with £40k.

How can anybody manage on £40k p.a. after tax?  Even left wing MPs take home more than that.

Caught you out you fibber!

glad you're ok Culvin

but Do Not take the Fluoxitine it's Nasty Vile stuff!
I was on it, on & off for a year or two,  almost drove me insane & almost puts you in a Coma so you can't function normally, god knows how anybody goes to work on that stuff!

Best advice is to work on it yourself, find some good vitamins(not multi-vitamins) & try make yourself happy (just a walk along a canal can make you smile for an hour)if you really do need something to chill you from the doctors ask for some Valium , works a treat, very nice but they'll tell you it's highly addictive so won't keep prescribing it for you!

Good luck Happy

Culvin, sad lad

Glad your doctor agrees with me.

When are you going to tell us what your original name was on here? You'll feel much better when you get that off your chest, trust me Wink

@The Leopard,YES!I've been taking the vitamin D,mate but i've only been taking it since Monday,so i think it's a bit early to judge if its gunna really help me or not.Actually,i feel a little bit more perked up today and i very much hope that the reason for that is because the Vit D supplements are starting to do the business.I'm also eating lots of oily fish,sardines,mackerel,etc...Thanks!Leopard
Report The Leopard February 19, 2017 12:16 AM GMT
I'm on Vitabiotics 1000 IU Vitamin D3....should provide you with all the vitamin D you need .......says on the box D3 is the preferred form of vitamin D..... oily fish is always good for you I should think…… Omega 3 in that think

No.

You were an amusing topic for the illuminati after your defenestration but now same old same old.

You have to change something - drastically - have you considered cutting your head off?
Report crags February 19, 2017 12:46 AM GMT
Not really, no.

You should consider cutting your arms off, then you wouldn't be able to drink so much gin and make a show of yourself Love

Report crags February 19, 2017 1:07 AM GMT
Waste of money, imo. You must have heard of the placebo pill and the trials that people have done?

If not, google pretendy vitamin pills and save yourself some money.
Report The Leopard February 19, 2017 1:25 AM GMT
You make vitamin D from sunlight on your skin..... If you're not out in the sunlight much then you need it as a supplement..... 5 pounds for 100 tablets.... One tablet per day.... Not a high cost to feel better.
Report crags February 19, 2017 1:36 AM GMT
But what if you feel OK without them, seriously.

Not everyone needs to take them in the winter to feel better. Still some sunshine about Happy

You need to get out more Wink
Report The Leopard February 19, 2017 1:43 AM GMT
You could try some naked rambling..... As only your hands and face are exposed to the sunlight when it is there
