I don't think Adam will be that willing to work at half the minimum wage, would he? That's why you dont see him in your local ethnic restaurant. Plus you have to pay more tax. And Adam knows his rights so he definitely wont work over 6 hours without a half hour break? And then you have to pay Adam more on Sundays. Adam will then be away on Christmas leaving you short of workers in the most important days of the season. And he'll demand his usual 2 week holiday in the summer as well, again leaving you short of workers at an important time.
Meanwhile you hire an illegal, and your business finally starts to grow. and you make money. End of story. They are better off without Adam. |

I haven't employed anyone for four years, but for 6 years before that my only employee was a Sikh, (RIP Hardip). Knock yerself out calling me a bigot, people who see themselves as superior are very amusing imo.
