Feckless. Peaches Geldof said she regretted every tatoo she got. Is this some kind of temporary madness?

I have absolutely ZERO tats.

I was going to get a rock 'n' roll heart on my upper arm as a youngster but glad I didn't.

Tats are for three types of people, I once heard.
