Funnily enough I was listening to him yesterday. An absolute ****.
By:
HE JUST INTERRUPS ALL THE TIME AND KILLS THE FLOW. VERY SKILLED AT IT. WOULDN'T HAVE A CHANCE IN A PROPER DISCUSSION with some people who call in. If he's losing out he just cuts them off, like James Whale used to do.
By:
Agree with that kenny, haven't listened to the station since brexit. Very tedious getting the same political programming every day.
By:
Yes he does overdo interruptions ...... Can be very annoying
By:
I think it's more than just annoying. Very very rude at best, imposing his views on the public by stifling debate at worst.
By:
One call infuriated me. Trying to find it. Animals of course.

James OBrien is typical of the Islington set.
He comes from an extremely privileged background but despises the British working class. He hates his own religion but has the obligatory soft spot for the religion of peace. |
By:
Would like to see him debate Mark Steyn.
By:
I'd vever heard of him.

By:
I've never heard of Steyn either, very interesting.
By:
And very amusing, just listened to him talking about climate change.
By:
Mark Steyn brilliant author,brilliant orator.
If you want to see Mark Steyn at his best watch the debate in Canada when he and Nigel Farage take on Simon Schama and someone from the UN human rights industry. |
By:
By:
I would not call that a privilege background.
By:
He was an adopted child so we do not know from lineage he came.
By:
Probably hates Catholicism because of what it did to him, but tells the rest of us to embrace Islam, which is undoubtedly worse.
By:
Very tedious getting the same political programming every day.

Just seen the copy post that shows wmfb comment.
It confirms I was right to block him. He posts absolute b@ll@cks. |
By:
You find it interesting, donny? What you end up with in the absence of debate, is a lecture.
By:
i find it a great statement
but find both sides repeating the same stuff boring some folk seem happy to protest one side whilst trotting out other side these radio phone ins are tedious and attract the same cranks |
By:
By:
Indoctrinating children will be seen as child abuse one day, If the world resists total Islamification.
By:
When Catholics do it the Islington set call it indoctrination.
When Muslims do it its called cultural enrichment. The Lefts love of Islam is unrequited as have no doubt Islam hates them as they are infidels. |
By:
awful radio presenter, i avoid LBC in the mornings
By:
I agree, so-called teaching of the Muslim faith to young children is indoctrination aswell. They should be protected from it by law until they are 16, as should the children of Catholic families, Protestant families, Hindu families and any other families who believe in a so-called Faith (just primitive superstition).

By:
I avoid all of it and have also had to give up on radio 5, whose presenters simply drown the listener with empathy whatever the subject, quite sick making.
By:
By:
He's a brilliant presenter, who oversteps the interruptions
By:
Brilliant? He would certainly agree with you, I'm sure of that.
By:
Self-confidence is a good thing
By:
You'll struggle without it
By:
People are always trying to knock you
By:
People who are confident in what they say do not stifle opposing views, they listen and dismantle them.
By:
if only that were true saddo
far easier for them to abuse people or cut them off |
By:
A tactic well used by the PC crew for over a decade, donny. Remember the "racist" bullet aimed at anyone who dared discuss immigration?
By:
i think it works both ways
you seem to want to make it one sided all the time a balanced view would do you good |
By:
Not necessarily adverse to many of his views but typical of those on the left, he loves to label & lecture anyone who dares to express a contrary opinion.
