Actually I know more Chinese people than you would probably ever know and have
told them jokes on those lines they usually say heard it before and don't get offended in the slightest.Leeds is multi-cultural and it is only some of the older generation that hold far right racist views along with the odd young thug.I don't hide behind a flag and yearn for past Empire. |

I used to go to a Chinese bar for several years and the owner was from Hong Kong.
He lives in Wakefield with his wife and said I was welcome to go over there but I haven't been anywhere much recently. I will probably go over in the spring to see them both. There is a Guy in the flats over the road from Vietnam but his English isn't very good but he's a good laugh anyway. My best friend who lives in Wigan is married to a Thai girl so I know a bit about their customs.I have never fancied going myself I prefer to stay in Europe as I don't care for flying much and enjoy trying to speak languages closer to our own. |

Breeding, I recommend Vietnam and HK.
Vietnam is staggeringly beautiful. Mountains, beaches, people, climate. HK is surprisingly good. Crowded yet has places to escape to like the wonderful beaches and of course Victoria Peak on HK Island. (English widely spoken )You'll love it. Go if you can. |
