I saw her interview with Marr this morning and not knowing the law of such things, I was surprised that she was able to so publicly name and shame someone who has passed away and unable to defend themselves - regardless of truth/proof.

Wasn't Harriet the one who shouted in parliament that Osborne was a privileged git who had the best private education to loud BBC acclaim. He announced later that he  was puzzled as Harman also attended the same school for girls to much less media attention .
