Well I don't think anything she has done so far points to an unprincipled person.
As regards leaving the single market May cannot say anything else and must come across as ready to leave the EU no matter what.
Bit like a poker player and she'll play her cards when needed. She obviously wants a good deal for the UK but is realistic enough to know that it'll be the same for the EU delegates.
Much has been said about the lack of information being given out but surely the more she says on what she's willing to compromise on then the weaker our hand.

Remember this is two way deal and as our exports are less than our imports the EU has more to lose.

So the deals done the E.U. will fold their cards and the Brexiters will be singing Land of Hope and Glory

No a compromise will be reached as it will be to both our benefit.
Some of the EU negotiators have already said that it is in everybodys best interest to reach agreement.
